If you downloaded the custom watch face from the IQ store, then contact the author. However, it is not sure he could do anything about it anyway.

All watch face of custom show slowly, include garmin author and upload from face it software

If the author is Garmin, then still te same answerr: ask the author (Garmin, more precisely Garmin Support)
