Livetrack fail

Using edge 520 and Android phone. Livetrack sends emails out correctly, but when my safety contacts follow the link they just get Activity not startedl messages on a global map. I have removed and restored the app to no avail. This had worked perfectly well for a couple of years prior to failing a few weeks ago. Help!!!

Search the forum and you will see others posting about the latest issue with LiveTrack (v4.31 - May 28th). It sounds like you have the same issue. I just noticed a new version of Garmin Connect in the PlayStore - v4.31.1.

So you have two options downgrade to v4.29 or try the new version and see if Garmin has fixed the issue yet.

I have the 4.31.1 version and it does not work.

Same for me. I just checked and I have 4.31.1 and I am still having the same issue
