I can't play, stop or change my spotify music from my VIVOACTIVE 3

Hi,

I'm trying to change the music from my Garmin watch VIVOACTIVE 3 and it suddenly stopped working. I've had my Garmin for about a week and the music controls used to work perfectly, but now when I press the play button, my phone just pops open a chrome internet window but no music starts or stops playing. The volume controls work perfectly though

I suggest restarting your watch and your phone to start. You could also delete the Connect app's cache in Android settings.
