Heart rate and steps frozen from 2 days ago.

A couple of days ago I turned off my fenix 5s and turned it back on...(just for fun) but now the steps and heart rate have frozen at what they were and aren't changing. It's not picking up GPS either I don't think. Please can anyone help?

On the watch, or on the phone app only? If on the watch, then try powercycling it again. In the v\worst case perform the master reset (but you'll lose you settings, and will have to redo them).
