Blue triangle vivoactive 4s

While I was out walking this evening, my watch started vibrating and a blue triangle displayed. It stopped after I held down the lower button for a few seconds, but then all of my data was wiped out.

What caused this, and do I need to do something?

Your VA4 crashed.

It happened to me once about a year ago but never since. Aside from losing about 10,000 steps that day, my activity screens went back to default.

Others have had it happen more often. In my case, it was seemingly caused by a misbehaving CIQ app.
