Added new batteries. Time was not correct. Deleted watch from app...tried to add device to mobile app.....won't pair. My steps are showing on my watch. Any suggestions??? Watch was purchased on feb 22/19.

Time was not correct.
That's normal after the power outage. The device syncs the time with GPS, so you just need to go out and turn on the GPS, or start an outdoor activity, or activate the time sync function.

Follow exactly the instructions for the installation from your user manual. Remove the old BT pairing from the BT screen on your phone, and start anew, initializing the pairing from the watch, while having the GCM app open.
