I just got my Venu two weeks ago. I am having an issue getting Smart notifications on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A which is a few years old and running on Android 7.1.1. Everything works great except notifications. I have everything enabled in the notifications in connect and in the app settings. Tablet is not in do not disturb. I have tried resetting all settings and nothing. It works flawless on my pixel and my newer Samsung tablet s5e. I use it for notifications at work as I work in daycare and communicate with parents through messenger. I have to use my older tablet as it's the only one that gets wifi reception in my room. The new one's reception isn't as good. So I have to use it until they fix the reception issue. Not getting notifications is frustrating. Anyway to fix this?
