My livetracker is not connecting

My livetracker is not connecting to to my contacts. What they see on the link screen. No signal trying to reconnect.

There is cellular reception/signal

Please help as I would like this feature to work

If you reffer to the Live Track feature, then Live Track does not recently work for Edges due to a bug in the current version of GC. Wait for the fix, or downgrade to v4.29 from a pubic APK archive, if you are in a hurry. There are several threads here on the forum discussing it, so look them up for more details.
