Want to share route on Garmin

I have VivoSmart HR+ fitness band. I would like to share some routes on Garmin, but I've followed the directions and it gives me a selection of places to share but Garmin is not on the list. Can I do this with my fitness tracker?

What exatly you mean by routes? Are you speaking about Courses, or about your Activities?

If you mean Courses, then just open the respective course on the Courses screen, select Edit in the menu under the triple dot (top right), scroll down under the map, and change the Privacy to Public. The course will be then available to anyone on Garmin Connect.

If you mean sharing your Activity with someone, then you can do it in similar way: open the activity, select Edit, and change the Privacy. The only difference is that at activities you can tune up the privacy finer - you can make it visible either to your Connections only, to the Groups you are member of, or to Everyone. You can also change the privacy preferences in your User Profile, making all your activites visible by default to your Connection, Groups, or for Everyone.
