App not syncing calorie burn during rest

My question is in regards to my resting chloric burn and I know it's just an estimate by garmin. My fenix updates it during activity but not during resting any help would be appreciated. Everything else syncs perfectly on my Fenix 5X.

Unlike Active Calories that are measured with the help of the immediate HR, the average Resting HR, and HR Variability, the Resting Metabolic Rate is a tabelar value calculated on the basis of your age, gender, heigth, weight, and the Activity Class (parameters in your User Profile). It means there is no necessity to sync it, it is included in your daily statistics by default.
