Well, the user manual for Forerunner 25 claims the opposite, but if you are sure it is not right, then use the USB cable.

I should have also said the USB cable/ Garmin charger doesn't connect to any of my devices

Are you telling your notebook does not have any USB port? Haven't seen such one yet (better told the last time some 30 years ago). And why do you think your FR25 does not have Bluetooth, when the user manual states the opposite?
