And can you see the heart-rate graph for the night?

In that case there cannot be any sleep data either. You have to find out why the heart-rate data is not recorded. There are several possibilities:

The watch does not show any HR value (the HRM is turned off, or defectuous, or the sensor is dirty, or the wrist band fit is bad, or you are dead)
The watch shows the current HR, but not the phone (you need to troubleshoot the sync connection)
The watch and the phone show the current HR, but the daily data graphs are missing (your device is associated with multiple accounts. Follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue)
