How can I export a gmx file to WhatsApp?

am trying to publish routes from My edge 130 to whatsapp so my friend can read in OS

Not sure what GMX files are, but you can export Activities and Courses in several different file formats (FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV) in Garmin Connect Web, and you can then share the files in any way you wish…

Not sure what GMX files are, but you can export Activities and Courses in several different file formats (FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV) in Garmin Connect Web, and you can then share the files in any way you wish, incl. WhatsApp.
