My garmin is not registering my heart rate. What's going on?

No reporting of heart rate. No flashing lights from the sensor.

How can I fix it?

Check out the settings, if you did not turn off the HRM sensor. Since you did not mention what model you own, I cannot look up the respetive user manual to help you finding out how to do it, so you'll have to check it out, if you do not know where the setting is on your watch.

You can also try powercycling the watch (turn off/on), it may help too in some cases.

I have a vivomove HR I have checked the heart monitor and it is on so I'm not sure what else I can do

Try plugging it on the charigng cable for a while. If it does not help, contact the Support.
