Can't connect IQ store while updating watchfaces

Hi

Syncing data activities OK, on Android and windows Connect app, but syncing updating watchfaces is impossible!
Message "Unable to access IQ Store"

It doesn't word on a phone and different tablets and PC's, I've disconnected my account and so on.
I don't know what to do now.
Do you have uggestions or solution?
