Maybe there were simply no intensity minutes in it. Could you share the activity as weblink, and post the link here? Looking at the HR graph and your HR zones, it is then possible to judge whether you deserve any intensity minutes for the activity or not, much better.
Yes, it is what I suspected. If you look at your HR graph, and at the HR zones tab, then you see you've spent most of the time in the comfortable blue and green zones. There were only some short burtst of higher HR, but for the effort being counted as intensive, you must reach or exceed 10 consecutive minutes where either your step count rate or heart rate is elevated above the threshold that is considered moderate intensity.

In other words, it means the next time you have to work harder
Tap the big black button "Edit My Day" at the bottom, and verify whether you did not disable the Intensity Minutes widget. If it is enabled, then you apparently did not do any intensity minutes in the last days. In that case the same answer for you apply as for ActionAndy
