- Old phone was Samsung Note 8. New phone Samsung note 10.
- My Garmin connect doesn't show any of the shoes I had previously put in my acct either.. Maybe its an act problem?
Could be a corrupted file. Try downloading the file from the device (in the folder //Garmin/Activity/) over the USB cable, and importing it to Garmin Connect at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data manually.
