Body Battery inconsistencies

Over the last couple of days my Body Battery shows 5\100 or no data at all. I sleep with my FR245. It hardly never leaves my arm. Heart rate was also not showing, but after a restart its back to normal. Not sure what the issue is. Would you recommend a device reset?

No. The restart is sufficient.

Tried the restart, but still no data. Just shows 5\100.

It won't recharge without sleep or rest

And of course, if the watch does not monitor your HR, the BB cannot work either, since it relies on the HR and heart-rate variablity (HRV) measurments.

Thanks for the help. I did a power cycle shut down by holding the light button for 15 sec. After start up everything was back to normal. Watch is now showing BB info as it should be.

As I wrote, it cannot show any BB info, if you did not sleep yet, after the reset
