Temperature widget fails

Forerunner 645 Music stop displaying data from temperature widget the next day of purchase. "---" instead. Can anyone help plz?

The watch needs to be connected to the phone, the Garmin Connect Mobile app must be running, the phone needs to have access to the web, and the app has to have permission to acccess the location, and to use mobile data (if not on WiFi).

All those settings are "on" and in fact it appears on a new watch face I've downloaded but it appears in too small fonts. That's why I prefer the widget
