With in the past probably 10 updates my watch no longer tracks my sleep pattern or my intensity minutes. How does this get fixed? Before my watch stop tracking my sleep all together it would record my sleep wrong and be off by several hours. My watch has stopped recording my intensity minutes since last week after a most recent update.

  • There are several possibilities - perhaps you lost the connection to the Garmin Connect app, and the syncing stopped working. Check out that one first. Also try powercycling your device (turning off and on). Then it is also possible that your heart rate was not high enough this week to record any intensity minutes - please post a screenshot of your HR graph for this week, and share an Activity by weblink, and post the link here.
