Elevation on vivoactive

I bought a vivoactive 3 in march and my elevations are way off all the time

They seem to be disabled all the time when uploaded to Garmin connect.

This is on all activities I'm doing on the watch

I went for cycle today with my friend she is wearing a 645 hers were correct mine way off

Can you advise thanks as they have not been right since I bought the watch

Have a close look at the pressure sensor hole - with magnifying glass or make a macro photo. It may be clogged with dust or dirt. If so, clean it carefully, but do not enter any sharp objects - you'd risk damaging the sensor. Rince and dry the watch after each use, to keep it clean. Caibrate the altimeter before each activity.
