GCM settings display problem

from about 7days ago，and now more and more my watch face users find that the settings page of watch face settings page show not correct。all the characters which should be Chinese all show ？。here is a screen shot。maybe the problem is from Garmin connect server？

Hm, from the text shown on your screenshot, it rather looks like the part of the binary file containing the localized strings is corrupted, or that the offset does not match. I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I have done this。I even reset my Android phone。but it doesn't work。it shows correctly when using connectIQ app or GCM on an iphone。a lot of my users are faceing the same problem。and this happens suddenly。one minute before it is correct ，and suddenly it become this。

Could you post a screenshot of the same screen before it gets corrupted?

What page is it exactly? Could you switch your phone into English, testing it in English, and posting the screenshot in that way too?

Unortunatelly I do not understand Chinese, can't run Google translate on the screenshot, and do not see what page in Garmin Connect it is. Could you post the English version of that page (you need to temporarily set English as the primary language in Android)

Also, what version of Garmin Connect Mobile is it? Was it installed from Google Play Store, or from another source?

the version is4.30，and downloaded directly from garmin.com.cn.

the language of my this watch face 's settings page is only in Chinese.So when switching the language of my phone to English，it also shows not correct，just exactly like the first screen shot I posted。

Hm, it looks like it is some special Chinese edition then. If you have access to the Google Play Store, install it rather from there. If not, try installing it from an APK archive, for example this one

If nothing helps, then contact Garmin Support China, it looks like their special Chinese edition v4.30 is broken.
