Is it normal or my app is broken. 72% per day is quite big number.
Looking at total it is 10% for 6hr what gives 40% a day. It is not small number also.

Possibly something wrong with your setup. I unplugged the phone from the charger to start the battery metrics, have let the GCM app an hour in the background, then have let it for 2 hours in the foreground syncing two or three times manually, and doing a few operations with GCM during that time, and after those 3 hours the app battery managment still shows 0% of battery usage at GCM.
Running Android 10 on a Samsung phone, and have not activated the option "Optimize battery usage" at the GCM app.
I started seeing some crazy battery usage by Connect a few weeks ago, and around the same time noticed that the "location" icon was showing in my phones status bar all the time (the one that means some program is using GPS).
I'm on Android 10, so went into Apps and changed the permissions for Connect to only allow using the GPS when the program was running - the location icon went off immediately and battery usage dropped back to normal.
I don't know what Connect actually uses GPS for, but everything still seems to be working fine.
Thank You for Your response.
I have reinstalled application and initially everything was ok. Garmin Connect app was not listed as battery drain application.
Later on I realized that LiveTrack is not configured. After Lifetrack configuration Garmin Connect again start to drain my phone battery. I do not have any activity turned on thru all day.
Any idea for solution?
