WhatsApp notifications doesn't show up on my style

My garmin style doesn't show I have a WhatsApp message. All the messages are showing up on the screen except WhatsApp. All the app settings is correct on the phone and on the watch.

The Garmin chat support were great. At least they solved my problem (thanks Bryce), on the app, under your device, go to alerts, then smart notifications. Turn on "during activity" as well as "not during…

In the Garmin Connect Mobile app, go to Menu » Settings » Notifications » App Notifications and make sure the notifications are enabled at WhatsUp

Same here. Incredibly frustrating as have just purchased the Style as an upgrade from the HR. Had no problems with the Vivomove HR. With the Style I can go to the widget and see the message there, but I want it to show on the front screen so I can see at a glance who has messaged.

The Garmin chat support were great. At least they solved my problem (thanks Bryce), on the app, under your device, go to alerts, then smart notifications. Turn on "during activity" as well as "not during activity" each with "show all notifications ". Give that a bash. Hope it helps.
