missing activities after sync/faltan actividades despues de sincronizar

After syncing with garmin connect, some activities are missing, I have tried uplading the .fit file and deleting and adding the device from the app. If I check in totals, all the actitivies are taken into account.

Despues de sincronizar con garmin connect faltan actividades. He probado a subir el fichero .fit y a olvidar e  instalar de nuevo el dispositivo, si miro en el apartado de totales, si que se tienen en cuenta a la hora del computo.

    And what happened when you tried uploading the files? Did you get an error message?

    There was only one file and it said that the activity was already loaded

  • In that case it looks like you did not save any activities on your watch. To test whether the saving and syncing works, just start any dummy activity for a few seconds, stop it, save, and wait whether it gets synced. If not, look again on the folder //GARMIN/Activity/ - if the new activity is not there, then either there is no room on the device, or the storage is dammaged.

    Hello,

    I think I know what the problem is, if I do two activities there is only one fit file. It looks like I cannot store more than one activity, but I was able to do it in the pass.

  • Check out how much free space you have on the device (if on Windows - right-click on the drive in File Explorer, and select the Properties, and then review the report). If the storage is full, you will need to remove some unnecessary files - old schedules, unused workouts, courses, maps, all other language files than yours (and keeping better also the English file), etc.

    Hello, 

    it had 172kbs free, I have deleted all history and it still has only 172kbs. I even tried restoring default values and after reboot it says that the memory is still low. 

    What else can I do delete data?

    See my previous post, I listed a number of options. Also note that the free space may not refresh in File Explorer automatically, and you may need to deconnect and reconnect the watch, or in some cases you may need to power cycle the watch, to get the info refreshed.

    All the folders are empty, I have rebooted the watch and it still says low memory.

  • Did you delete also the unused language files? It should make some space too.

    If still no change, then maybe the storage is dammaged. You can try analyzing the storage with File Explorer » Properties » Tools » Check , or with some 3rd party "disk doctor" tool. If it does not help, contact Garmin Support, you might need a replacement device.

    The check was ok. Where are the languages stored?
