When trying to view a live track activity from the website I get this message 'Page will update automatically when location data is available.'

I have an Edge 520. After a recent update, no one is able to track me from the website. They keep seeing the message 'Page will update automatically when location data is available.'  My phone does stay connected during the entire activity. Any idea why this is happening?

  • All of my activities are tracking just fine on my watch and in the app, but nothing comes through at all on the Live Track.  I have auto start on for Live Track and like to use it as a safety feature in case something happens to me while I'm out running, walking or biking...that way, at least my husband can see my movement.  However, this hasn't been working in months.  I even recently added my own email address to the Live Track notifications so I could see what was happening since all my husband would tell me is that it wasn't working.  I went for a walk, started my watch, checked my email for the link...but I got the same message despite my watch tracking the activity - just not Live Track-ing the activity.

  • Ok. You are getting the link to the LiveTrack page, but the tracking will not start? It will just continue to say "The page will update automatically when location data is available"?

Have you tried to manually start the LiveTrack in the app and see if it works any differently?
