How do I add my device to my phone?

I am unable to connect or sync phone to my watch I deleted the device in my phone but don't know how to add it. Please help. Thanks.

As long as it's a fairly new Garmin watch, it should work. I would start by restarting both your phone and your watch, then sync with Garmin Express.
