Dear Garmin team,
I might have found a bug in the garmin coach part of the android app: When changing the training days, the number of repeats for future trainings grows and grows.
Here is how it went for me:
I just started the Garmin coach two weeks ago. Details are Coach Jeff, Run 10k with a time goal.
Last Wednesday, I wanted to change the workout days via the app (android) from "Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday" to "Monday, Wednesday, Saturday".
Consequently, the scheduled Thursday training was deleted. I decided that I wanted to change the days back and finish this Thursday workout the next day before changing the workout days.
From then, it went downhill. With every change of training days, the number of repeats during one workout went up. First, the schedule said 6x800m, then 8x800m, then 10x800m and so on. The same happened for the hill repeats and the "long easy run" for the upcoming week. It went from 11km to 14km to 17km...
Consequently, I finished the already scheduled trainings with my watch without loading this too heavy workout plan onto it.
Today, I finished the last workout which was already on my watch and then synchronized the watch with the app. These last 3 trainings are not accepted as garmin coach workouts and future workouts are still calculated with way too many repeats.
In the end, I deleted the entire training plan and set up a new garmin coach. Nothing too bad, I just have to start again now. But maybe this is a general bug you guys might want to check.
Have a great week.
Best wishes from Hamburg,
Nina
