How can I change the activity menu in the apps

I do have 4 prefer activites on my watch (see picture) but the apps menu only have one of them. Can't find the way to change the menu in the apps.......

It is in french but ''course'' is on the watch and on the menu but all other are not there

I am not familiar with your watch model, but on mine (Garmin Instinct), I simply scroll to the end of the list of the available activities, and then select the option + Add, and add any activties from the list of available ones, or add any I wish to create myself as a "custom activity". If you do not see such possibility on your watch, consult your user manual and search for the terms like adding an activity, customizing an ativity, custom activity, and similar.

If it does not help, post your question again, but on the forum dedicated to your watch model, not here on the forum for the phone app.

On the watch it self I can +add any activity I want and also add them on the ''main'' screen of the watch. But I do not see that in the menu for Garmin Connect.

Ah, ok, then just go to All Activities, it will be there. In other words, you cannot customize the menu in Garmin Connect
