Which Workout Category?

Which category should I use for an intense cardio and strength workout with a personal trainer? The workouts are mostly body weight exercises using dumbells and plyometrics. 

  • It does not matter. Whatever you find matching your needs and liking. It won't make any difference, if you are afraid about the Calories calculation - the selected category has no impact on it. Heart rate data is used for that purpose, regardless of the workout category.

    Thanks so much - the calorie count was a concern. Still, I don't understand why there's no item for this kind of workout. I'll just use gym/weightlifting. Thanks again
