My last run did not sync with the strava app. I have disconnected and reconnected to strava and tested it and its now working., but my last run still hasn't uploaded to strava.

Can you share the Garmin Connect link to the activity that did not sync?

Just to make sure you're reconnecting correctly:
- Go to Strava https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
- In the My Apps section look…

Hi but the way I resolved this issue was by deleting the connect app and reinstalled it again and it worked

I resolved this issue for myself by deleting the connect app and reinstalled it again and everything started to sync up again all the old unsunk activities in my Garmin watch
