My last run did not sync with the strava app. I have disconnected and reconnected to strava and tested it and its now working., but my last run still hasn't uploaded to strava.

Just to make sure you're reconnecting correctly:
- Go to Strava https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
- In the My Apps section look…

Can you share the Garmin Connect link to the activity that did not sync?

Just to make sure you're reconnecting correctly:

Go to Strava https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
In the My Apps section look for Garmin Connect then click Revoke Access
Go to Garmin Connect https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
In the Applications section look for strava then click on Disconnect
Log out of Garmin Connect Web
Go back to Strava https://www.strava.com/settings/apps
Under social connections click Connect with Garmin
Go back to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
In the Applications section confirm Strava is connected
Additionally, you'll want to confirm that you're using the same account for Garmin Connect Web as you are for Garmin Connect Mobile
Go for a short test activity to see if all is well

I've done all these above steps and followed steps from these two forums

And my data is still not syncing to Strava now for two weeks.

Any other tip?

Can you share the Garmin Connect link to one of the activities that did not sync? You'll need to temporarily make it public.

See above. Either share the link to the Garmin Connect activity or zip and upload the fit file here so we can see what is wrong.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., then share a link to the file in your post.

Did this ever get resolved? I have the same problem today, and I have reconnected Strava. But the run that didn’t not upload still won’t upload. I don’t want to loose the HR data by inputting manually to Strava as I use the fitness fatigue indicator to manage my training volume. How do I go back and sync just this one run that failed to upload?

Won't upload to Strava, Garmin Connect or both? If it's just Strava, then today this might be a new issue. See pinned thread in the Garmin Connect Web forum - Strava + Garmin sync issue. However, I just did a test run and it synced to Garmin and Strava without issues

Meanwhile, as a work around you can upload the fit file directly from your watch to strava.

Attach USB cable to your device and attach to your computer
From your computer go to the device drive then \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder
Look for the file associated with the activity (.fit file)
Upload to strava using the "upload file" site - Upload and Sync Your Activities | Strava
