Live Track

Live Track (and Strava Beacon) has always been working fine with my EDGE 1000 until two weeks ago.

Now my wife still gets a text and e-mail immediately after I start my journey but when she opens it, it says on beacon that I've not started yet and Garmin live track says 'no signal'.

I've tried deleting the app, restart, hard reset, … nothing worked.

The weird thing is when I end my ride, it uploads fine and sync with strava works also, but the live track stays active on connect and I have to stop it manually.

But when I started on my edge and during the activity I stop the live track on gsm (connect) it immediately stops on my device also..

If my English is not that good, I apologise...

Your English is just fine, and I am noticing exactly the same symptoms, as have several other users. I hope Garmin reads these threads and fixes it.

Not really. When having a problem requiring the intervention of Garmin, it is always better contacting the Support directly. Though, this specific issue with LT was alegedly already confirmed by Garmin Support, and they are working on a fix in the next release of the Garmin Connect Mobile app.

Same problem here, seems to be edge 1000 (or edge) specific as livetrack works just fine on my fenix5
