You can set your height in user settings, either directly on the device (check out the user manual of your model), or on the phone app Garmin Connect Mobile - after tapping your avatar, and then the text Edit in the upper right corner - the height is on that screen. Alternatively, you can also edit you user settings on Garmin Connect Web. Just verify that the changes are synced properly, and propagate to your device.
