where can I change default volume of "Hydration" function?

In "Hydration" Function, when I press "+" or "-", it will add 250ml or reduce 250ml every time.

Can I change the default volume to other value?

No, you can change just the volume of the 3 containers (in Settings » User Settings » Hydration)
