Is it possible to create my own quick message replies? If not, you may want to update device with this feature. Thank you.

Nope. Text responses on Garmin connet not compatible with Garmin edge 830.

You can edit the replies in Garmin Connect Mobile - tap the device icon at the top and go to Text Responses.

Well, in that case it seems to answer you question. Unless you can edit the answer directly in Edge, but for finding out that, you'd have more chance to get a relevant answer if you asked it on the Edge forum, and not here. where regular visitors do not necessarily have any experience with Edge.
