Garmin pay full inoperability @ fenix 6x pro solar (android)

Hi,

I have fenix 6x pro solar and samsung galaxy s10+ with the latest Garmin Connect version installed.

This started 4 days ago: the watch started saying that the Wallet is empty when trying to pay. The app also. But after I tried to add my credit card it said that this card is in the wallet. After reinstalling the app it started showing the card in the App but still empty wallet at the Watch.

So that is EPIC fail one.

After that I did full reset of the watch, reistalled the app (now I've got new April 28th version). And EPIC fail two since then: when I try to add a card it hungs up at the "Preparing your fenix 6x pro solar" screen. Sometimes after 5-10 minuter of inactivity it says "Setup Failed". But the result is always the same - no cards.

I contacted to the support team and read the forum. What I also did:

+ unpaired the watch from the phone (known as a solution from previous issues);

+ did hard reboot of the watch by holding the button;

+ reinstalled Garmin Connect app;

+ did full reset of the watch;

+ added wifi to the watch (and deleted it after nothing changed);

+ I also installed a vpn and connected my phone through the server in the USA (support team though that that could be an issue as far as I am in Russia).

But still all is the same. It just does not work.

Ppl, are there any solutions?

P.S. btw EPIC one happens periodically like each 3 months. Looks like Garmin has this issue unfixed. How to report these bugs?
