My vivofit 3 has just updated and now doesn't sync, record steps, or correct distance. How do I solve this problem?

Try to shut down and restart it

Not sure how to turn watch on and off, too stupid I know.

Ok figured it out, seems to be working now, not sure about the distance thing yet but thanks for the tip. Stay safe.
