recieving messages from my phone

I can't recieve messages from my phone (android) on my watch (Forerunner 45). The bluetooth is on and Garmin connect tells me that there is a connection with my watch. What can i do you Solve this problem?

you need to see you setting some where is you mob off - in my fenix 6 pro is battery - options- and there you can swith off one by one wifi, gps....mob....

Garmin connect - setting-phone permissions ( all ) ON
