Hi, I kept my Instinct off for a while and now it no longer syncs. I tried to install the app again, to associate it again but nothing. The app sees it connected, gives me the beats but does not synchronize, starts and then tells me about failed attempt. If it can help doing the phone search from the clock it works but doing the reverse tells me it is impossible to find the product, not connected. Keep in mind that it works with vivoactive3 music.
