My Garmin stop tracking my steps

What do you mean by "My Garmin"? Some garmin device? If so, then which one? Or do you mean the Garmin Connect app?

My Garmin app is not tracking my steps since this past Monday. Up till then it was tracking them.

If the device tracks the steps correctly, but they do not transfer to your Garmin Connect account, then it most likely means the connection between the device and the phone is not functional. There may be many reasons for it - you can have a look at the Sync / Connection Troubleshooting Guide for tips what to check.
