Help with what? Seems to be all right. Vigorous minutes count twice. This is what the info on GC Web tells about Intensitiy minutes:
Moderate Intensity
You can have a conversation, but not sing while exercising.
Vigorous Intensity
You can only speak a few words between breaths while exercising. Vigorous-intensity minutes will only be recorded when heart rate data is available. A minute of vigorous activity counts for twice as much as a minute of moderate activity.
You must complete at least 10 minutes of moderate or higher intensity activity at a time for your Garmin activity tracker to count it. Use any combination of moderate and vigorous exercise to achieve your goal of 150 active minutes per week.
Calculating Intensity Minutes
Your device offers two methods for calculating intensity minutes:
Automatic: This is the default intensity minutes calculation used by Garmin. It’s derived by comparing your heart rate during activity to your average resting heart rate.
Heart Rate Zones: You can have greater control over how intensity minutes are calculated by adjusting which heart rate zones (1-5) are considered moderate or vigorous intensity. The moderate heart rate zones must be lower than the vigorous heart rate zones.
For additional customization, you can modify specific heart rate zones in User Settings.
