Garmin etrex touch 35t does not syncronize activities to garmin connect

Hello, since a week ago, my garmin etrex touch 35t does not syncronize my activities to garmin connect on my smartphone throug bluetooth. Both are connected and paired correctly, but the activities don't syncronize. 

If I connect my garmin to my laptop trought USB to garmin basecamp,  automatically it sincronize to garmin connect perfectly.

During 4 years it has been working perfectly.

  • Well, there is no error, it looks like it synchronizes all right. Possible (and a frequent) problem is, that you have the device associated (by mistake) with multiple accounts. That typically happens when you reinstall the app, or start using a new phone, and by mistake choose the option to sign up, instead of signing in. Follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.
