I replaced my vivoactive3 for a Venu last week. However, I have an issue with Garmin Pay in the sense that the scanners in the shops do not react at all on my bankcards which have been added successfully to my Venu (also confirmed by the banks)and so also are visible on my watch. I added them in exact the same way as on my previius vivoactive3 where I didnot have an issue.
I tried already several things:
- Removing cards and add again.
- Reset my watch and reinstall everuthing incl cards again.
- Reset my watch and reinstall Connect app.
All without any difference. The scanners in all shops I tried, including for example supermarket 'Albert Heijn' where paying without contact is standard, do not react on my watch.
Does anyone else have the same issue and/or has anyone a solution? Can it be that the nfc chip in my watch s deactivated or even out of order?
