Live track doesn`t work, again

Live track worked fine until recently. Yesterday I went on a big ride and live track failed. The notifications were sent, but the web page just said "No signal. Trying to reconnect.".

Just now my wife went on a ride and the same thing repeated.

We both use Garmin Edge 1000 and android mobile phones.

I guess that there was an update which messed it up. It wouldn`t be the first time.

Are there more users with the same problem and does someone know the solution?

    Been struggling to get LiveTrack working with my wife's watch&phone - my watch&phone work fine. Just realised (after months), that her phone's "permissions" are set wrongly. She's very cautious on what can access her device.

    From the Garmin Connect App:

    Settings - Phone Permissions - Manage Permissions - Permissions - Location - set this to always.

    My wife's was set to "only when app is in use", which of course it isn't when you're running (unless you have the app on as well for some reason).
