Hi.my body battery froze on 5.can anyone help please

Can anyone help me out olease.?

My body battery has froze on 5 and my stress is constantly high.

Im sure something wrong as not like this when first got watch.

Its a vivoactive 4

Any help is much appreciated

How long? An hour, a day, a week, or more? Could you post the detailed BB graph for the last way or two? However, if it is just a day or two, ignore it, have a good sleep and it may recharge. Just make sure that the device reads your HR correctly, and has a good fit, though without being too tight.

.. also, as reported by users in this thread, power cycling the watch may help to get the Body Battery going again.
