Edge 510 not syncing to connect account

What's the fix for Android? I'm having the same issue. Connects via Bluetooth but will not connect via account. I've u installed the app and reinstalled it. Its frustrating to have to get the laptop out to upload it.

Same as what I posted yesterday. Have you tried it? What do you mean by "will not connect via account"?
