Sync failed

Hi,

I have a vivoactive HR and my last run saved. At the conclusion of the run my watch told me i set a new record for a half marathon.

The steps and floors have been synced to connect and the activity is logged on the watch as a run.

But the activity - route, elevation, splits etc are not syncing to connect and when i click on details of the run on the watch display there is no data.

Please help!

    hi, sorry to hear about your mishap

    try this solution here single-activity-won-t-sync

    when this fails

    run your file through Fit File Tool's section remover (without removing)

    import this fit file manual from within Garmin Connect Web

    when this fails

    with your consent we can have a look at your file with FitFileRepairTool

    zip the fit file and upload here in the forum ( a simple drag & drop wil work)

    or provide a link to it on a cloud storage

    or send it via pm

    Hi OnlyTwo,

    Thanks for your help, the fitfile tool works well, but it hasn't recorded against any strava segments, no elevation and the running time (not elapsed time) is not coming through.

    Do you have any helpful suggestions?

    1. did you check with strava support
    2. post your original fit file as mentioned in my previous answer
