Live track has stopped working.

Edge 520 is connected to Sony phone, all permissions turned on. Deleted and replaced app. Starts live track but just won't locate. Any suggestions?

I have a Forerunner 35 and have the same issue. Live Track used to work. Now, it says it has started, it emails the link, but the link says 'no signal'. I waited for an update but the problem has persisted on Garmin Connect v4.30.0 and then v4.31.0 and now I am on v4.31.1 and it is still not working. The only suggestion I can see here is to downgrade the app, but that doesn't feel like a real solution.

If waiting for the next version release with the fix sounds like the real solution for you, then do it. Could take weeks, days, or months. If you want to use Live Track today, you can - by following the advices given here, despite that they are not the "real solution".

Confirming I experienced the same problem using Fenix 3...came back to forum to see if 4.31.1 resolved it; guess I will have to wait...

Actually, cancel that - tried again tonight with 4.31.1 and live track seems to have returned to normal - will keep an eye on it; I use this feature a lot.

Just an update: Version 4.31 doesn't work, neither on my old Redmi 5 plus, nore on my new Redmi Note 8t.

4.31.1 hasn't fixed this issue either.

This in on a Pixel phone so as pure as Android can get.

2 months in, 3 releases of Garmin Connect, still the same issue!

Me again - after posting earlier that LiveTrack seemed to be working for me again, tonight it seems to have stopped once more. Same symptoms as before, but couldn't remove the 'Live Track' notification from the phone. Restarted...

Great. I had a reasonably stable Live Track function with GC 4.31.0 and now with 4.31.1 it is unusable. Starts and then just stops mid ride, date of LiveTrack session stuck on 6/09 (probably the date when 4.31.0 was updated). I'm close to packing it in with Garmin, LiveTrack was one of the primary reason for getting this. Can someone point me to instructions to retrieve and install older versions of software?

Same problem with Forerunner 645. Downgraded to 4.29 and operating normally again.
