Im wondering if there is any way to create a workout that contains both strenght and running. I usually run for 3-4 km and then do some strenght in my outdoor gym, and after that continue running again and so on. But as far as I can figure out I cant do that, meaning if I first: Run - gym - run - gym - run - gym, that will create 6 different activities. Is there any way to fix that?
